  • A supportive, restorative massage designed to ease pregnancy related tension, promote relaxation, and support overall comfort. Sessions are thoughtfully adapted to each stage of pregnancy and performed with positioning that prioritizes safety and ease.

    For comfort, positioning options may include a pregnancy specific massage table, a prenatal support pillow, or side lying, based on availability and individual needs.

    Prenatal massage is available beginning in the second trimester. Clients must be past 12 weeks of pregnancy and cleared by their OB provider. If your pregnancy is deemed “high risk” physician clearance must be provided in writing.

  • A therapeutic massage technique that uses gentle vacuum technology to lift the tissue, encourage circulation, and support deeper release without aggressive pressure. MediCupping helps reduce chronic tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing response while remaining comfortable and well tolerated.

    This modality is especially helpful for stubborn muscle tightness, restricted fascia, inflammation, and clients who want effective results without deep, forceful pressure.

  • Focused bodywork that targets the connective tissue to release restriction, improve mobility, and reduce chronic tension. During this session your therapist will use a balm that allows more friction and deeper work (as opposed to using massage oil in a therapeutic massage).

  • Targeted, results driven massage designed to support recovery, improve performance, and address overworked or fatigued muscles. This work involves a good bit of stretching and body movement. Please wear comfortable clothing as we may provide some “pre-massage” stretching as needed.

To ensure the best results and protect your skin, some services may need to be adjusted or postponed based on skin condition, medications, or recent treatments.

  1. Active skincare ingredients
    For best results and to avoid irritation, please discontinue the use of active ingredients such as retinoids, tretinoin, exfoliating acids, and prescription acne medications at least 5 to 7 days prior to facial treatments unless otherwise directed by your provider.

  2. Accutane (Isotretinoin)
    Clients who are currently taking Accutane, or who have taken Accutane within the past 6 to 12 months, are not eligible for facial treatments, waxing, dermaplaning, or other exfoliating esthetic services due to increased risk of skin injury. Please contact us prior to booking if you are unsure whether a service is appropriate.

  3. Injectables
    Clients who have received Botox or other injectable treatments should wait a minimum of 2 weeks before booking facials or other esthetic services.

  4. Pregnancy
    Custom facials are the most appropriate option for our prenatal guests. Treatments and products are thoughtfully selected to support comfort and safety during pregnancy. We will also utilize a wedge pillow for your comfort and safety during your session.

  5. Skin integrity
    Esthetic services cannot be performed on areas with open wounds, active infections, or compromised skin. If your esthetician cannot perform your booked service based on your skin’s integrity, your deposit will be

    Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, recent procedures, or medications that may affect your skin so services can be safely tailored to you.
