Active skincare ingredients
For best results and to avoid irritation, please discontinue the use of active ingredients such as retinoids, tretinoin, exfoliating acids, and prescription acne medications at least 5 to 7 days prior to facial treatments unless otherwise directed by your provider.Accutane (Isotretinoin)
Clients who are currently taking Accutane, or who have taken Accutane within the past 6 to 12 months, are not eligible for facial treatments, waxing, dermaplaning, or other exfoliating esthetic services due to increased risk of skin injury. Avoid active skincare ingredients for 24 hours
Keep skin hydrated and protected with SPF
Mild redness may occur and typically resolves within a few hours
Remedy (Advanced Custom Facial)
Avoid excessive heat and sweating for 24 to 48 hours (if peel is used)
Avoid active skincare ingredients for 48 hours (if peel is used)
Do not pick or exfoliate the skin (if peel is used)
Keep skin well hydrated and wear SPF daily
Mild sensitivity or light flaking may occur depending on your treatment
Renewal (Hydrodermabrasion)
Avoid excessive heat and sweating for 24 hours

Continue hydration and SPF to maintain results

The full 60-minute appointment includes consultation, treatment, and plan development to ensure clarity and direction for your skin’s next steps.

A peel evaluation within 2–8 weeks is required prior to booking. Downtime average of 5-7 days should be expected. If a required evaluation is not completed and documented on file, the appointment will be cancelled to protect your safety and treatment outcome.
