Our policies are in place to support a calm, respectful experience for both our clients and our team. Because our services are reserved specifically for you, we ask that all appointments be managed thoughtfully and with care.
We believe in clear communication and mutual respect. Reviewing the policies below helps ensure a smooth experience, protects availability for other guests, and allows our providers to offer the level of care Serenity is known for.

Policies
Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
You can conveniently schedule your appointment online through our booking platform.
All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time.
As of 4/1/2026: A 50% deposit is required to book any appointment (excluding membership appointments). This is fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to your appointment’s scheduled start time. Within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited and covers the late cancellation/change fee in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can document your experience. While each therapist has a unique style and approach, you are welcome to try a different therapist at a future appointment if you would prefer. Refunds are not provided for any services or products.
Booking Policies
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost as a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service as a no-show fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Requests may be submitted through one of the following methods:

By phone, leaving a voicemail

Please note that calling the spa without leaving a voicemail does not constitute a valid cancellation or rescheduling request.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
After 10 minutes the no-show fee will be applied to the card on file.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
Late arrivals will be charged for the full session, even if the treatment is abbreviated.
Late Arrivals
Deposits are refundable up if cancellation occurs prior to the 24-hour window.
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.
All Gift Cards, Memberships, & Packages are non-refundable.
All Retail is non-refundable unless unopened.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.
By booking an appointment, clients authorize Serenity Day Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable fees, including late cancellations and no show fees. Disputed charges that violate our written policies may be turned over to collections. Declined cards may be retried for up to 7 days after a missed appointment or late cancellation until the outstanding balance is successfully paid.
Refunds & Payments
All intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment time. If you arrive at your scheduled appointment without completed forms, your session time may be shortened to allow for proper intake, as forms are required for all services.
Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your treatment.
Pre-Appointment Requirements
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.
All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Health and Safety
For the comfort and safety of all guests, only clients receiving services may be in the treatment room. Children and additional guests cannot wait in treatment spaces or accompany a client unless the service specifically allows it.

Service prices, durations, and offerings are subject to change at any time. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.
Pricing & Service Changes
All gift cards issued by Serenity Day Spa hold their value in dollar amount and can be applied toward any service or retail product. Gift cards expire after 1 year from the date of service. If a specific service listed on a gift card is no longer offered or has changed in price, the gift card retains its original cash value and may be used toward any current service at its current rate. Gift cards cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Gift Card Policy
Massage therapy at Serenity Day Spa is strictly for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Any sexual comments, jokes, gestures, requests, or behavior of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the session and permanent dismissal from the spa. The full service fee will still apply regardless of the length of the session provided. Depending on the behavior, a report may also be filed with local authorities. Clients are expected to treat all practitioners with respect and professionalism at all times.
Inappropriate Behavior
Massage therapy, esthetic services, and bodywork at Serenity are intended for relaxation, wellness support, and skin care and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Services may involve pressure, stretching, skin contact, exfoliation, product application, waxing, tinting, or other professional techniques. Individual responses vary, and temporary redness, sensitivity, soreness, or other reactions may occur.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, or changes in health prior to services and for communicating any discomfort during treatment so care may be adjusted as needed.
Serenity Day Spa is not responsible for personal items brought into the spa.
