Membership Structure
3-month commitment, then month-to-month
Auto-billed monthly on your enrollment date
Valid card on file required
Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others
All memberships include:
Monthly service credits issued per plan
Monthly add on credits vary by membership
10% off retail and other services booked on the same day as your member service.
Deposits waived for active members
Upgrades available by paying the difference at time of service
Additional Member Benefits
Guest passes allow a guest to receive member pricing when they are booked on the same day/time as your members service (one-time use per person)
1 bonus service credit after every 6 consecutive active months
Annual birthday credit included
Credits & Usage
Credits roll over up to 2 months (max 2 credits total)
Unused credits expire and cannot be reinstated
Member discounts apply to same-day services only
Scheduling & Policies
24-hour cancellation policy applies
Late cancellations and no-shows result in forfeited credits
Pausing & Cancellation
Pause or cancel anytime after 3-month commitment with 1 business day notice - must email info@serenityaugusta.com in order to process a pause or cancellation
Pauses longer than 3 months will be canceled
No perks or discounts during pause, but valid credits may still be used
