From booking to blowout, here's how your package works.
Step 1: Choose Your Package
Select the package that's right for you and book your Serenity Day Spa service 1st.
Full payment is required at the time of booking (refundable up to 24hr prior to your scheduled spa service)
Step 2: Reserve Your Avail Appointment
Use the Avail booking links or call (706) 814-5486.
Want both services on the same day? You're welcome to book your Avail Salon appointment in advance to secure your preferred time directly after your service at Serenity or for a future date.
Step 3: Begin Your Experience at Serenity
Start your package with your Serenity service. At checkout, you'll receive your redemption voucher for the salon portion of your package.
Step 4: Complete Your Experience at Avail
Present your voucher at your Avail Hair Salon appointment and enjoy the salon services included in your package. All salon services must be redeemed by September 30, 2026.

These collaboration packages include services from both Serenity Day Spa and Avail Salon. Full payment at the time of booking secures your package and allows us to coordinate your experience seamlessly.

Collaboration packages are fully refundable or may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your Serenity Day Spa appointment. If you've already scheduled your Avail Salon appointment, please be sure to cancel or reschedule that appointment as well. We appreciate your help in respecting the time of both businesses.

Your package is designed to begin with your Serenity experience. After your appointment, you'll receive your redemption voucher for the salon portion of your package. This also allows you to leave the salon with freshly styled hair after spa services that may involve massage oils or skincare products.

/No. You may enjoy both experiences on the same day or schedule them on separate dates. Remember, Serenity appointments must be completed 1st, followed by the Avail appointment. Both must be completed by 9/30/26.
