  • What Is Changing

    Our name has evolved to Serenity Day Spa. This reflects the elevated standard and intentional experience we now operate within.

    What Is Not Changing

    All gift cards, memberships, packages, and existing appointments remain unchanged. Your balances and benefits are unaffected.

    You may still see “Serenity Massage & Wellness Spa” on certain brochures, signage, printed materials, or gift cards as we thoughtfully update our branding. Everything remains valid during this transition.

  • Our new website is now live. It is clean, calming, and intentionally simple to navigate.

    We have also transitioned to a new booking system designed to be faster and more intuitive. No accounts. No unnecessary steps. Just streamlined scheduling and a smoother overall experience.

    Many of you shared feedback about the previous system, and we listened. That input directly influenced our decision to implement a more reliable and seamless booking experience.

  • Effective 2/23

    As part of this transition, we will be securely collecting updated credit card information and new intake forms from all clients, especially those with appointments scheduled after 2/23.

    For security reasons, credit card details and medical history cannot transfer between systems. This ensures your personal and financial information remains protected.

    Forms can be completed online prior to your appointment and typically take just a few minutes. You will receive clear instructions if action is needed for your upcoming appointment.

    This transition strengthens the systems that support your care.

  • Beginning 4/1/26, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking for all appointments booked on or after 4/1/26. If your appointment was booked prior to 4/1/26, no deposit is required.

    As Serenity has grown, our schedule is often fully reserved. When appointments are canceled or missed at the last minute, it affects not only our providers but also other clients who were hoping for that time. This allows us to protect appointment availability and maintain the consistency and professionalism you expect from us.

    Active members are not required to place a deposit when booking their included monthly membership service. Any services scheduled outside of the membership benefit will require the standard 50% deposit at booking.

    Deposits are applied toward your service total and are fully refundable when changes are made outside of 24 hours.
